Look at the assignments before school ends and ask teachers any questions you may have. You can also email them over the summer with questions!
Start reading sooner than later! Reading continuously throughout summer vacation will ease your stress in the week before school starts and will make reading much more enjoyable.
Look over writing assignments prior to reading the material to allow yourself to ponder upon it. Use sticky notes to mark key points and/or evidence in books to support your writing.
